Encryption in transit & at rest
Data moving in or out of LogixGRID is encrypted with TLS 1.2+. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.
Role-based access control
Every account, integration, and internal role is scoped through role-based access control (RBAC) on the principle of least privilege, reviewed on a quarterly basis.
Audit logging
Security-relevant actions — logins, permission changes, data exports — are logged and retained. Logs are available to enterprise customers on request.
Business continuity & disaster recovery
LogixGRID runs redundant infrastructure with regular backups. Our documented BC/DR plan is tested on a recurring basis and available to enterprise customers on request.
